Shannon Rollins, CCHt is a skilled Certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist with over 500 hours in training from the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy and is also the Host of The Well-Balanced Mind on Be Well TV and Professional Hypnotist and love to help people who fight anxiety, negative feelings, or insecurity find relief. She has worked in the health & wellness field for over 15 years as a Wellness leader and coach and has a Masters Degree in Health Behavior from the University of Florida.
In addition to Hypnosis, Shannon is a Certified Master NLP Practitioner with MERĀ® training from the American Institute of Integrative Psychology, Rapid Relief Anxiety Specialist, a Certified Sports Psychology Coach, and a Certified Life Coach from ICF accredited institution. She uses modalities like NLP, Breathwork, Meditation, and Coaching throughout her Hypnotherapy sessions for maximum results.
