We are seeking an energetic, highly skilled, and business-minded Head Padel Professional to lead and grow our padel program in Lake Nona, Orlando. The ideal candidate is both a talented coach and a creative program director, capable of inspiring players of all ages and skill levels while driving participation and revenue.
Coaching & Player Development
Deliver private, semi-private, and group lessons for adults and juniors at all levels
Design and run innovative clinics, camps, and high-performance training.
Develop structured player pathways from beginner to competitive play.
Program Creation & Management
Plan and manage leagues, tournaments, exhibitions, and social events.
Create seasonal program schedules aligned with club goals.
Maintain a consistent coaching philosophy and training curriculum across staff.
Leadership & Supervision
Recruit, train, and mentor assistant coaches.
Manage coaching schedules and court allocation.
Ensure all programming meets high standards of safety and customer service.
Business Growth & Revenue Generation
Drive lesson sales, event participation, and memberships.
Collaborate on marketing campaigns to promote padel within the community.
Contribute to pro shop sales and equipment recommendations.
Community & Member Engagement
Serve as the ambassador for the club’s padel program.
Build relationships with members, local schools, and partner organizations.
Represent the club at external padel events and tournaments.
Facility Oversight
Monitor court conditions and report maintenance needs.
Oversee Reception and F&B personnel.
Maintain teaching equipment inventory and readiness.
Padel certification: RSPA/USPTA Level 2 Professional (minimum) or equivalent; higher-level certification preferred.
Teaching experience: Minimum 3–5 years of padel or racquet sports coaching, with proven success in program building.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience running tournaments, leagues, and events.
Ability to market programs and engage members.
US work authorization and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
