Get a Grip on Your Biz: How to Harness the Entrepreneurial Operating System for a Mid-year Refresh
Nikki Rach has over 30 years of experience leading organizations in size from start-ups to $65
million. Nikki serves as an EOS Implementer. In this role, she helps business owners get what
they want from their businesses. Working with the leadership team of a business, she helps
them cast a bold vision, instill disciplines and tools to gain traction, and build a healthy work
environment. Businesses working with Nikki experience exponential growth both in profitability
and open and honest teams.
Prior to EOS, Nikki served as the Vice President of a fundraising consulting firm where she
helped over 50 different nonprofit organizations raise over $400 million in capital campaigns.
Nikki understands the Lake Nona community from its inception. She served on the opening
team for the Lake Nona YMCA in 1999 and lived in Nona Crest until 2021. Additionally, she
served as the Executive Director of the Lake Nona YMCA twice.
Nikki has been married to her husband, Dennis, for 34 years. He serves as the social studies
department chair for the new Innovation High School. They have two adult children, Jonathan
who works for United Launch Alliance in Denver and JuliAnne who is working on her PhD at
UCLA.
