Shelley Loving is a holistic food educator and nutrition chef who
believes in the power of food and how it affects our bodies.
Through her real and positive approach to food she will help
educate and inspire us to really pay attention to the food we
eat, how we prepare it, and how to integrate healthier options
into our diets.
During this 45-minute virtual session Shelley will help you
organize your pantry, showing you what to look for on a product
label, what items should be staples in your pantry, and how to
make healthy swaps of some familiar items you may have.
