HEALTHY KIDS DAY AT LAKE NONA YMCA

Join us for Healthy Kids Day® Our national initiative celebrated at Ys across the country, aimed at inspiring healthy habits in kids and families. Join us on April 26, 2025, from 10am-1pm at Lake Nona YMCA for a FREE community event packed with fun activities to help kids and families build healthy habits all summer long!

This event includes exciting educational sessions in partnership with the New Worlds Reading Initiative, free lunch, books, giveaways, swag, and more! It’s a day of fun, adventure, and inspiration, encouraging children to stay active in mind, body, and spirit throughout the summer and beyond.
