Yolanda Londoño is a Managing Director of Harvard Group International with a distinguished professional career that encompasses global leadership roles in community and economic development projects, place and cause marketing campaigns, global giving strategies, social entrepreneurial ventures, and non-profit organization management.
Prior to Harvard Group International, Yolanda held key assignments leading the global social responsibility function for Tupperware Brands Corporation, public affairs for JPMorgan Chase Texas, tourism for the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Center, and CEO of the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She also spent four years in Zimbabwe, Africa, where she worked with the U.S. Agency for International Development, and three years in London, England, with Logica Ltd., an international software-consulting firm.
Yolanda is a board member and current chair of the Orlando Economic Partnership, co-chairs Women United for the Heart of Florida United Way, serves on the Visit Orlando and onePULSE Foundation Boards of Trustees, and collaborates with international civic and nonprofit boards. She is an advocate for diversity and inclusion and an active participant in the global movement for women’s economic and social empowerment.
Empathy, deep listening, attention to details, multicultural acumen and strong interpersonal skills form the base of successful relationships and the source of Yolanda’s sense of accomplishment.
Yolanda lives with her husband Juan in Orlando, Florida, and travels frequently to Austin and Colombia to visit children and grandchildren.
