Mary Brooks & Emily Brown with Central FL Expressway Authority!
Mary Brooks is the Vice President of Quest Corporation of America, Inc.
Central Florida Express Authority. Mary has been communicating on major transportation improvements for more than 20 years. She was a reporter and editor for 13 years with The Associated Press and the Orlando Sentinel before turning to support major transportation agencies. She has been helping communities to understand Expressway Authority projects since 2001. She is currently the public involvement coordinator for the CFX Concept, Mobility and Feasibility Studies.
Emily Brown is the Manager of Public Affairs for the Central Florida Expressway Authority. With nearly a decade of experience in strategic communications and economic development, Emily brings a unique perspective to agency projects and initiatives.
Since joining CFX in 2017, she has worked with elected officials and constituents in Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties while representing CFX and public meetings and community events.
Emily was awarded a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Central Florida in 2012. She graduated from Rollins College in 2009 with a B.A. in Organizational Communication and a minor in International Affairs.
She is a graduate of Leadership Orlando Class 91 and Leadership Osceola 2018 and serves on the Board of Directors for College Park Main Street.
