Mr. Rafael E. M. Pratts joined the FSBDC at the University of Central Florida (UCF) after an extensive career in business-to-business marketing management, business analysis and development, digital marketing, market research, marketing strategy, and international business, most recently served as a marketing executive at Control Micro Systems in Winter Park, FL. In addition, he has been an educator and course director at Full Sail University and a member of the adjunct business faculty at both Polytechnic University and International Academy of Design and Technology (IADT) specializing in information technology and business management. Earlier in his career, he served as the marketing executive at Korea Trade Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) where he mainly conducted research, trade missions and established close partnerships in North America for companies such as LG, Samsung, and Hyundai as part of their business development efforts. Pratts earned a BBA in International Business from Florida International University and a MBA in Marketing from Regent University. He additionally holds the following professional designation(s): Economic Development Finance Professional Certification (EDFP) and Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP). Lastly, he is a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran.
